Aachen is one of the most
important centers for development and research
in automotive acoustics which is underlined
by the fact that more than 170 experts participated
in the Aachen Acoustics Colloquium in 2009.
The Colloquium takes place once a year and
particularly addresses to experts from industry
and universities. |
In  24
technical presentations the up-to-date
and innovative methods and technologies in
the fields of acoustics and vibrations of
vehicles and drives were presented and discussed. |

| In addition to the Aachen Acoustics
Colloquium, there was an interesting technical exhibition.
Furthermore, electric and hybrid vehicles as well
as an interactive driving simulator for sound design
applications could be tested. |
| The next Aachen Acoustics Colloquium
will take place from November 22 to 24, 2010. |
