Registration of Conference Attendees
The registration fee of € 680 (plus 19 % VAT) also includes a welcome reception at the Aachen Christmas Market as well as a banquet dinner.
Your registration will be confirmed by the invoice which will be sent to you. Registration is complete after receipt of payment. Your name badge, the proceedings and the list of participants can be picked up at the registration desk.

Please note that in the case of cancellation prior to October 18th 2010 (postmark date) the participant's fee will be reimbursed (less € 68 exclusive of 19% VAT for administrative costs). After that, the participant's fee cannot be reimbursed! In this case, the proceedings will be sent to you after the reception of the participation fee.
